Residential Architectural Interior

This CGI was produced for a property development in Scotland. However it could have just as easily been produced for a kitchen manufacturer or any KBB related business. This ultra real interior CGI works perfectly in our clients brochure.
Kitchen CGI
The product in this shot is the kitchen itself; compared to building a set and hiring a professional photographer a virtual CG set works out much more cost effective. Photo realistic visuals like these are perfect to add new product to websites and brochures - especially as most people can't tell this isn't real!
Bathroom Bohemia
The level of detail on this CGI really adds to the realism. This is my kind of bathroom; visually interesting while keeping a real feel of quality.
Kitchen CGI
This kitchen CGI could have been produced for a kitchen manufacturer or KBB supplier. However even though we do produce KBB CGIs this image was actually produced for a property developer in Birmingham, although the property itself id being constructed and marketed in the South East of England.
Modern Bathroom CGI

Apartment Bedroom Visualisation
This is a bedroom CGI produced for a manufacturer within the Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms sector. Not only can the KBB products themselves be produced as 3D models; these can then be placed into bespoke virtual roomsets. The 3D computer generated rooms are dressed with props to promote the lifestyle manufacturers would like associated with their bedroom products.
Bathroom CGI
This high end bathroom would fit in perfectly with luxury London residential and hotel properties. The classical products give stylish but timeless feel to the image and this would work beautifully as a brochure CGI aimed at the 'Chelsea' market.

This CGI visualises the interior of a new wedding venue coming in Kent. Our client asked us to dress the room with cool industrial style furniture, while keeping the feel upmarket and ready for a big day!
Bedroom CGI (KBB) - Interior Visualisation

Family and Dining Room CGI
This interior CGI was produced for a property company based in central England although they construct property developments through the UK - from London to Glasgow and beyond. This high level of property development requires high end marketing CGIs for both architectural exterior and interior designs. This internal CGI was produced as part of a set of exterior CGI, interior CGI as well as a 360 degree CGI tour with external street views and well as open plan interior 360 degree CGIs; all viewable with virtual reality headsets, on desktops, smart phones and tablets.
Kitchen CGI
This kitchen CGI is a great way of showing a realistic virtual kitchen set. The fact it is CGI allows for flexiblity across the kitchen props, colours and materials - not to mention the time of day and lighting. It is a good example of how kitchen, bedroom and bathroom manufacturers can and do make use of interior and product CGIs across all of their marketing platforms.
Living Room CGI
This interior architectural visualisation was produced for a property developer based in England. This developer has several sites throughout Shropshire and the Midlands including Telford, Shrewsbury and Ironbridge. Property developers such as these use CGI or architectural visualisations to market off-plan properties in brochures, on websites and as well as on the construction site itself.
Upmarket Bedroom CGI
This bedroom CGI could have been produced for the KBB industry, however it was actually produced for a london marketing agency. The end client being a property developer were looking to market their new build properties off-plan using CGI in the form of architectural visualisation.
Living & Dining Area Visualisation
This living and dining room CGI was produced as part of a set of property CGI for a large developer in London. Architectural visualisations are not limited to the building exteriors; interior visualisations are often used to market apartments as well as houses alongside exterior CGI.
Bedroom CGI
This visual started out as a New York loft style apartment space; once we added the octopus artwork a nautical theme started, we broke up the white wall with a collection of sea based graphics and finished it off with a view of the surrounding city port. The contrast between the modern urban skyscrapers and the old wooden floors and ceiling really makes this CGI a desirable place to live.
